What we collect
Account details (name, email), your prompts, uploaded reference images, generated videos, credit and payment records (card details are handled by our payment provider, never stored by us), and basic technical logs.
How we use it
To run the service, generate your videos, process payments, prevent abuse, provide support and improve quality. Prompts and outputs are only used to improve models where you have given consent and where licensing permits.
Sharing
Prompts and images are sent to the AI model provider that renders your video. We use cloud hosting, storage and payment processors under contract. We do not sell personal data.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and your media is private by default — it can only be opened through short-lived signed links.
Retention and your rights
You can delete videos at any time from your library. You can request a copy or deletion of your account data by contacting support.
