1. The service

KHR AI Video, operated by KHR Digital Solutions, lets you generate videos from text prompts and images using third-party and proprietary AI models. Output quality and availability of specific models may change.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

3. Acceptable use

You may not generate sexual content involving minors, sexually explicit content, non-consensual imagery of real people, content promoting violence, terrorism or hate, or content that infringes others' rights. We may block prompts, remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Credits and payments

Generations consume credits. Subscription credits are granted each billing period; credit packs do not expire. Credits for failed or cancelled generations are refunded automatically. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

5. Content ownership

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you own the videos you generate and may use them commercially on a paid plan. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your inputs and outputs to provide the service.

6. Disclaimer

AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law.
